I want to offer you compassion and nonjudgment as I deliver direct messages, guidance, and prompts for how you can succeed on your journey - for changes you already know you'd like to make. Beyond The Session
I strive for each session to offer insight into your subconscious and to provide energetic support for your next steps. I love to share acupressure points, somatic exercises, or meditation suggestions both during the session (if desired) and afterwards to help integrate what has been brought to light for you.
The power of engaging in introspection while in connection with another is that it affirms your own wealth of knowledge - you already have all the answers within you, and I'm honored to be a witness to your vulnerability and a guide along your journey.
Additionally, the gift of your honest and direct feedback is an integral part of this process and is dearly appreciated.
Incorporating Energy Healing
I have been attuned to Reiki Level 1 & 2 and continue to develop my own style of energy healing. As things arise during a card reading session, I will incorporate energy work when intuitively indicated and agreed upon.
The Melody session is a good fit if you are hoping for a more in-depth reset and have the capacity to incorporate the shift - meaning the ability to focus on the self-care collaboratively agreed upon between yourself, myself, and Spirit.
